Technology company Relode LLC has added Peter Clare to its C-suite.

Relode is a technology platform focused on connecting businesses with talent using labor market data and network-based recruiting.

Clare has been appointed as the company’s CEO, announced a news release on Tuesday.

“I am incredibly excited to assume this role and for the future of the company. We have an exceptionally talented team at Relode that is committed to driving transformational change to the hiring process,” said Clare in the release. “Given the challenges in attracting and hiring top talent have never been more profound, now is the time for Relode.”

In addition to his executive role, Clare will take a seat on the company's board of directors.

Clare replaces co-founder Matthew Tant who served as the CEO for seven years and will remain at Relode as a member of the board.

“I am incredibly proud of what our team has accomplished together in just seven years,” said Tant in the release. “The board and I are confident that Peter is the right person to build on our momentum.”

Previously employed as the president of Jobvite, Clare has over 20 years of prior human resources technology experience, said the release.

He also held the position of senior vice president and general manager of Talemetry, a marketing-focused recruiting software.

“Peter is an exceptional executive whose proven track record of driving sustained results and enterprise value is second to none,” said board member Jesse Bland in the release. “Relode is at an exciting inflection point on its journey, and we are confident Peter is the right leader to take Relode to the next level of growth.”
