Amount raised: More than $2.87 million of a $3 million offering, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. 

What they do: Good Dye Young is a hair color brand founded by rock band Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams and her longtime hair stylist and makeup artist Brian O’Connor, according to the company’s website. Williams is listed as an executive and director on the filing. The brand offers a variety of products, including dyes, hair care, hair makeup, lightening and additives, which are cruelty-free, vegan and free of “gross chemicals,” according to the website.

Why it matters: Paramore is one of the most popular rock bands of the last decade, with 11 songs making the Billboard Hot 100 for a total of more than 130 weeks.

What the funds will be used for: Good Dye Young could not immediately be reached for comment.
