Today we're revealing Wisconsin Inno's inaugural Tech Madness bracket!
This is our competition where we seed 32 Wisconsin tech companies in a March Madness-style bracket competition where companies advance based on one question: Who would you invest in?
The bracket is assembled based on reader nominations as well as editorial input from the Wisconsin Inno team, and seeding is based on total funding raised. The bracket includes private (non-exited) venture-backed or bootstrapped companies based in Wisconsin.
The goal of Tech Madness is to give a snapshot of some of the fastest-growing and most-promising tech companies in Wisconsin. It's not a complete list of the state's best startups, but it's a good indicator of 32 Wisconsin tech companies you need to know.
First round voting begins now and continues through March 14. We'll announce round 2 matchups on Friday, March, 15.
