Milwaukee investor and serial technology executive Andy Nunemaker said his latest company expects to release its cloud-based product within the next six months.

Nunemaker is the CEO of Groupware Technologies Inc., a health care software company in the care management market. The company was originally founded in 1993, according to LinkedIn. Nunemaker purchased it about three years ago with the goal of transforming it into a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business, he said.

Groupware Technologies has its headquarters at Milwaukee County Research Park in Wauwatosa. Nunemaker declined to share the number of employees the company has.

Nunemaker was previously the CEO of Dynamis Software Corp., which was acquired by Illinois-based Applied Systems Inc. in 2018.
