Following a merger in mid-2019 of Northeast Wisconsin-based IT services companies Remote Operations and SRC Technologies, the combined entities have rebranded as Loyality, according to a recent announcement from the company.

Loyality is based in Green Bay, but has an office in Milwaukee on West Bluemound Road. The company serves industries such as manufacturing, financial, government, healthcare, transportation and insurance.

“When ROC and SRC Technologies merged this past summer in July, we envisioned the creation of a single identity with a company name that would help tell our story and help us grow as one company with a deeper, stronger, more committed base of talent, expertise, resources, customer service and community engagement,” said Loyality president and CEO Kari Serrahn, who was previously president and CEO of Remote Operations.

Remote Operations was formed in 2004 and expanded with an office in Milwaukee in 2014. SRC was formed in 2008. B.J. Havlik, the previous president and CEO of SRC, remains with the merged company as a senior leadership consultant.
