What (or who) has been the biggest contributor to your success?
My grandfather. He believed so much in me and my ability to achieve greatness that it was scary. I was always afraid to disappoint him, and as a result, I’ve always striven to give my best at everything.
Although he passed away, I still keep my unwavering determination and resilience in the face of challenges, as well as my commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, hoping he’ll still be proud of me wherever he is.
What has been your smartest business decision?
Although scary, my smartest business decision was quitting my job at Microsoft and taking the leap of faith to go all out with Feedcoyote. I decided to go after my dreams and to build, in public, in order to stay transparent and share my struggles and wins. I prioritized building a diverse and talented team early on.
This decision has not only strengthened our company’s capabilities but has also fostered a culture of collaboration and creativity, driving our success in a competitive market.
