Brief company description: Xiled Inc. is a technology company in the gaming space based out of Eastern Kentucky.
What are some major milestones in the company’s history? Over the course of the company's first year, our first app ClanHub was launched. ClanHub offers a one-of-a-kind experience to online gamers by giving them the ability to search for groups and online gaming clans to join or play with, while providing organizational resources for those groups/clans to manage rosters and schedule events.
What is your company working on right now? Currently, Xiled Inc. is working on a unique social media platform MeetGamers, which is targeted at the gaming market in its entirety. The goal for MeetGamers is to provide a social media experience with all of the same features as popular platforms, but in an environment built for gamers. Features including video calling, live streaming, a unique matching system where gamers can meet other individual gamers with similar interests. The projected official launch of the platform is in February.
What’s on the horizon for your company in 2024? With focus being primarily on the fine tuning of the [MeetGamers] platform, as well as continued updates/improvements to our ClanHub platform. We're also looking into hiring additional staff in correspondence to the growth of both platforms.
Give us one bold prediction in 2024 for startups, technology or venture capital/fundraising. I feel 2024 will be a major year for startups, especially in the technological field. With an interesting presidential election on the horizon, internet traffic will be at an all-time high. The potential for startups to capitalize on that traffic is sky high. I'm looking forward to the business that plan to launch this year, seeing their concepts and how they'll capitalize on the changes to the online environment in the coming months.
