2. Building the right team: The essence of a business lies in its team. Growth is symbiotic: As the business expands, its people must evolve both personally and professionally.

Do you expect to hire in 2024? If so, how many?

As we ride our growth wave into 2024, we're set to onboard over 50 new team members. The majority will reinforce our business development and engineering divisions. The business development team will amplify our market footprint, cultivating partnerships and pinpointing fresh opportunities.
