VividCharts launched the next generation of their reporting tool in 2022, the Data Engagement Platform, and is bullish on adding new customers and users in 2023.

What’s on the horizon for your company in 2023?

VividCharts formed a strategic partnership with Thirdera, the largest pure-play ServiceNow partner, in November 2022 and they expect to expand their joint customer base by offering integrated ServiceNow solution packages that include full scope consulting, implementation and key measurement tracking and reporting.

In 2023, target enterprise customers will be more budget-conscious due to the uncertainty of the macroeconomic forecast and consumer spending — all discretionary spends will go through a rigorous approval process.
