Description: TitleWise creates digital solutions for the real estate title industry. With digitized workflows and cloud document storage, the TitleWise app saves firms on average $200,000 per year by reducing the time to complete a title search by 60%.

What are some major milestones in the company’s history?

The founders of TitleWise are also co-owners of Southern Indiana Abstract Co., a third-generation title company founded in 1948. We launched the TitleWise app at our title company in February 2019. Revenue increased 30%, new client enrollment doubled, and production capacity increased 40%.

What is your company working on right now?

Currently, the TitleWise team is focused on adding new subscribers. Most recently, we hired a lead software engineer and director of operations in order to streamline the product launch. We are responding to user feedback and adding important new features, including API integrations with real estate settlement software tools; these enhancements offer even greater savings and profits for TitleWise clients.

TitleWise is also presently raising capital in a funding round which will meet several key strategic goals, including increasing the sales team and engineering team, delivering external system API integrations, and achieving the initial $2 million in revenue.

What’s on the horizon for your company in 2023?

Beyond growing the TitleWise team, scaling new subscribers and building new integrations, we are also looking ahead to multiple exciting initiatives which expand on our current product.
