Description: KidVestors is a financial education curriculum software for K-12 students. We make finance and investing simple, easy and accessible by blending culturally relevant content and entertainment through our gamified platform to help close the racial wealth gap.

What are some major milestones in the company’s history? Our KidVestors curriculum has been used in four schools since 2021. We have also been fortunate to raise $82,000 in grants and $100,000 investment (dilutive) from Andreessen Horowitz.

What is your company working on right now? Raising our $1.5 million preseed round to grow our team and scale; and completing the development of our software by end of the second quarter.

What’s on the horizon for your company in 2023? For 2023, we plan to partner with at least 10 schools for the 2023-24 school year and our goal is to impact at least 5,000 students.

Why grow your company in Kentucky? We want to show that innovation is happening right here in KY/IN and that there are bright minds outside of just Silicon Valley.
