What are some major milestones in the company’s history? There are so many millstones, it is hard to remember them all. I would say the two most significant milestones would be in 2022: We crossed over 300 business-to-business customers and over 3,000 direct-to-consumer active monthly subscriptions.

What is your company working on right now? Expanding our content development team (with the goal of having the capacity to develop 200–300 new videos a year). Focusing on our large-scale project that involves updating all of our existing and upcoming beta release of our updated educator reporting dashboard.

What’s on the horizon for your company in 2023? Raising up to $5 million in growth capital (equity-based).

Why grow your company from Kentucky? I am from here, so it makes sense.

Give us one bold prediction in 2023 for startups, technology or venture capital/fundraising. The VC market will continue to contract, and you will see an increase in acquisitions from PE and other large capital groups. Also, there will be 100 new startups created off the ChatGPT application programming interface.
