Who has been one of your top mentors? Why? Moses Icyshaka — he displays a great deal of precision in his work as well as high emotional intelligence.

What’s your best piece of advice for companies and individuals looking to be more innovative and disruptive in their fields? Tap into your inner creative and be customer oriented.

What accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m proud that I get to work with the people I work with. Their level of efficiency and dedication/ devotion to increasing access to capital within the region is inspiring. It’s been a pleasure working and learning with them over the past few months.

What innovative company (other than your own) do you admire and why? GoodRCO: GoodR’s Twitter bio reads, “We are a tech enabled food waste management company. Our logistics solution helps businesses reduce waste, save money & empower communities!” Empowering communities is why I appreciate and value this firm and its mission. In the past, they have provided food to so many that are in need. While partnering with different organizations, they have impacted the lives of many and I am in awe of their level of efficiency and dedication.
