“I am looking for a lot of people who have an infinite capacity to not know what can’t be done.”

No one embodies those famous words of Henry Ford quite like the next generation of young entrepreneurs, technologists and innovators. The ones who haven’t yet been jaded by the ways things have always been done, unafraid to take the big risks that can lead to countless failures — or great rewards.

For KY Inno’s inaugural Inno Under 25 awards, we are highlighting 12 individuals from six different businesses. They are founders, data scientists, investors and marketing leaders — all bucking the status quo at age 25 or younger. You can check out Q&As from each of them linked in the gallery below.

This year's Inno Under 25 class includes a handful honorees from the same companies:

  • Legal Gantt — Hishem Alsalman, founder and CEO; Carlos Acevedo Salgado, CTO; and Kate Hatter, CMO
  • Untitled — Kramer Caswell, co-founder and vice president of marketing; Bryce Broughton, senior data scientist; and Sloane Swift, media and content marketing strategist
  • El Toro — Mariana Humberg, director of ad operations; and Bart Jagatheesan, senior data analyst
  • Render Capital — Marigrace Ragsdale, senior associate; and Kolade Aderele, investment associate

Brandon Young, founder and CEO of Pascal Tags, and Michael Lewis, co-founder and president of THESIS Education, are also among this year's honorees.

KY Inno, which just launched last week, is a new publication dedicated to covering, connecting and catalyzing the state's ecosystem by producing digital media, events and intelligence about the entrepreneurs, executives, startups, businesses, trends and topics that are shaping the present and future of Kentucky's economy.
