Since 1976, the Florida SBDC at UNF has helped thousands of small businesses within an 18-county area by providing professional expertise, tools, and information necessary to assist small companies in making sound business decisions in a complex and ever-changing marketplace.

Headquartered at the University of North Florida, the Florida SBDC at UNF is the only regional resource with a university affiliation, giving clients the latest academic knowledge on business trends and market updates.

The Florida SBDC at UNF has access to robust databases, business research resources, and knowledgeable experts who help entrepreneurs successfully navigate the obstacles that come with the stages of the business life cycle, whether it is starting or growing a business.

Core service offerings include providing free consulting, training, business research and a comprehensive toolkit of specialized services for qualifying businesses looking to accelerate market growth. Services including growth acceleration, capital access, international trade, government contracting and business continuation.
