You thought you'd seen every type of hummus, then this Colorado company rocked your world.

From Thai coconut curry hummus to spicy green chili guacamole, and even a chocolate hummus, Louisville, Colorado's Hope Foods is changing the way we dip.

According to a recent Form D filing, the inventive hummus and dip company has raised $2 million in equity funding.

Hope Foods Marketing Director Sarah Leichnetz confirmed the move to Colorado Inno in a statement.

"In December 2018, Boulder Investment Group Reprise made its second investment in Hope Foods, adding $2 million in growth capital for expanded opportunities in the refrigerated dips and spreads space," she wrote.

The company has grown quite a bit since its original days at the Boulder County Farmer's Market, now appearing in grocery stores across the country.

Despite the nationwide success, the company still operates out of Louisville, creating each dip with local and fresh ingredients.

In 2015, the company raised $2.2 million in funding according to a Form D filing.

Currently, Hope Foods offers a variety of dips and hummus products, including buffalo bleu hummus, spicy mango guacamole and kale pesto hummus.
