By breaking the traditional apartment locator model into an “assembly line,” Dan assigned each stage of the client journey to a highly specialized team. As an AptAmigo sales representative, you’ll be able to handle up to 15 clients at a time by working alongside the Operations Team, who schedules all the client’s viewings and manages relationships with leasing staff.
Attending in-person tours with clients can be a limiting factor for other locators. Assuming the average renter sees 5-8 buildings, a locator is tied up for 5-8 hours plus the hours spent putting that schedule together. Because they can only be in one place at a time, only one client a day can tour apartments. This limitation becomes a major problem on the weekends when three clients would like to tour, and one or more must fall through the cracks.
By utilizing a team of Touring Agents, AptAmigo sales representatives can send out multiple clients in one day, take calls and new leads, and focus on helping other clients narrow down their options. Touring Agents also help the client by taking notes and pictures of units, asking the frequently-forgotten questions, paying for transportation between locations, and ultimately helping the client make a confident decision in their next home.
