Dallas-based digital marketing platform LTK has appointed Patricia Gonzales as the company’s first chief people officer, according to a news release. In her new role, Gonzales will oversee all people operations and lead company growth.

“We’ve invested in growing our teams at a remarkable pace to accelerate our mission and take our platform and experiences to the next level for creators, brands and shoppers,” Baxter Box, co-founder and CEO of LTK, said in the release. “Patricia’s experience in creating engaging workplaces will be incredibly valuable in helping us harness the strength of our team to achieve our long-term goals.”

Before joining LTK, Gonzales worked at California-based financial technology company Acorns, where she focused on the employment brand.

“I’m excited to join this talented group and be part of reinforcing the culture Amber and Baxter Box created as the company continues to accelerate its growth,” Gonzales said in the release.

Founded in 2011, LTK offers a platform for creators and their businesses to connect content and commerce.

In April, LTK appointed Ty Amell as chief technology officer. In his new position, Amell oversees the development of new products and features.

In Nov. 2021, LTK received a $300 million investment from Japanese company SoftBank. The deal values the company at $2 billion.
