Oklahoma-based First United Bank has appointed Tadd Tobkin to senior VP and chief technology, the company announced. Tobkin will be based in McKinney.
In his new role, Tobkin will lead the company's technology groups and work to advance and transform First United's customer and employee experience.
"I am pleased to welcome Todd to our senior leadership team," Greg Massey, chairman and CEO of First United, said in a news release. "His proven track record of transformation and innovation will play an integral part in our Vision 2030 efforts and beyond. His alignment with our values and passion for bringing dreams to life makes me proud to have him on board."
Before joining First United, Tobkin served as executive principal for technology strategy and transformation at Coppell-based mortgage company Mr. Cooper.
"I look forward to partnering with the team to embark on a technology transformation journey that will provide a world-class customer and employee experience, enable the Spend Life Wisley vision and elevate 10 million lives," Tobkin said in the release.
Founded in 1900, First United Bank has over 95 banks, insurance and mortgage locations throughout Oklahoma and Texas.
