Dallas-based ParkHub has formed a partnership with Los Angeles-based entertainment company Oak View Group, the company has announced.
Oak View plans to use ParkHub's parking management technology to optimize parking operations and facilitate payments.
"We're excited to partner with a truly elite organization like Oak View Group, one that values the fan experience above all else," Chris Elliston, chief revenue officer of ParkHub, said in a news release. "Oak View is known as a disruptor in the sports and entertainment industry and our integrated platform will further contribute to OVG's industry leadership in venue management."
The company also plans on providing Oak View with cloud-based reporting to collect insights and trends including arrival patterns and spending behaviors. Oak View will remain flexible on ticket providers AXS, Ticketmaster, Tickets.com and others.

In August, ParkHub acquired payment integration company Fuzse. The company said the acquisition of Dallas-based Fuzse will increase its payment innovation and also help ParkHub gain customer insights for its hundreds of users. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
In January, ParkHub secured backing from Philadelphia-based LLR Partners. The company received approximately $100 million to support the existing management team and continue growth of the business.
