Oklahoma City-based Paycom Software (NYSE: PAYC) opened its Texas operations center this week in Grapevine, according to a news release.
Paycom provides cloud-based human capital management software. The Grapevine office will hold approximately 1,000 employees and will be the company's largest facility beside its headquarters.
“As we continue to grow, it is vital for us to attract and retain dedicated talent to develop cutting-edge products, deliver outstanding customer service and transform how people do business,” Chad Richison, Paycom founder and CEO, said in the release.
The 14-acre, 150,000-square-foot campus began construction in the spring of 2019. The facility will house employees from multiple departments, including operations, technology and human resources.
“Seeing the operations center come to life and now officially open is a milestone for both Paycom and the community,” Grapevine Mayor William D. Tate, said in the release. “To have a top-caliber employer like Paycom recognize that we’re a great place to help grow your business is something we can all be proud of.”
As a payroll and HR technology provider, Paycom allows companies to navigate a rapidly changing business environment with its cloud-based software. The software is based on a core system of records maintained in a single database for all human capital management functions. The company serves clients in all 50 states.
