Fort Worth firm readies for growth at HQ with room for 300 workers, nearly 250,000 square feet

A Fort Worth company has a new headquarters with upgrades and over 200,000 square feet — and room for hundreds of workers.

Xpressdocs, which provides brand management and direct marketing services, announced its hub, including a software development lab, print production center, in-house logistics, distribution, and corporate offices.

The company — which has about 250 employees at the site — largely wrapped up the improvements in late 2021 after Xpressdocs moved into the new site in 2020, according to Ebony Gooden, marketing director, in emailed responses to questions.

The facility, which is at 1301 NE Loop 820, is roughly double the size of the previous site.

According to the announcement, the site covers 245,000 square feet and includes over 300 workspaces “ready for the growth” expected in 2022 and beyond.

"Our investment in a new office space is really an investment in our people," COO Darrin Rayner said in the statement.

Houston's Falcata Capital backed Xpressdocs, according to previous reporting in 2018. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The new site includes 11 large conference rooms, two large breakrooms and three coffee bars. Also, there are wellness rooms and standing desks, along with a photo lab and studio.

The production operations have over 170 machines, including nearly 20 specifically for the new building, including new presses.

“We're excited about the capabilities, such as automation, these machines bring to the long list of capabilities we already provide to clients," said Jed Richards, a vice president at Xpressdocs, in the statement. "These machines will decrease the production time for customer orders and allow for more customization and personalization options for business cards, brochures, and the like."
