DFW tech company – after rebranding – gets a new CEO

A Dallas technology company has a new leader after a recent rebranding.

Harver, which assists in volume hiring, named Scott Landers as CEO and chairman of the Dallas company, according to a statement. Landers has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software.

Greg Moran, who had been CEO, will remain on the board.

The change comes after the company changed its brand name from Outmatch, a move it announced in November. In May, the company announced the acquisition of Harver, an Amsterdam-based firm.

Harver – which provides digital tools for helping companies hire larger numbers of people – assists over 1,300 global companies with clients such as Valvoline and McDonald’s.

Landers served as CEO of global-font company Monotype – and led the integration of several acquisitions, the statement said. Landers also held several executive positions.

“Organizations need to adapt their recruitment processes more than ever to address challenges such as shrinking talent pools, and Harver brings world-class solutions that are transforming enterprise volume hiring processes and delivering better candidate experiences,” said Landers about his motivation to join Harver, in the statement.

Moran said the company “is ready for a new leader like Scott,” according to the statement.

“I look forward to continuing to support the team strategically as a board member,” he said in the statement.

Moran said in a story this past October that the company had seen growth as it benefitted amid surging interest in digital tools that help companies quickly and efficiently hire hourly workers.
