Tech Titans believes the future is bright, and it’s making that the theme of its upcoming annual awards ceremony, which it’s planning to host in-person this year.
The local technology trade organization – the largest in Texas with more than 300 member companies representing a combined 250,000 employees – is looking for nominations for its 2021 Tech Titan awards. The contest recognizes the DFW companies and individuals that have made contributions during the past year locally and the technology industry overall.
“The Tech Titans Awards is a highlight for the region in tech, featuring those who are building solutions that will shape our lives in the future,” said Kathy Curry, chair of the Awards Gala committee and technology manager at State Farm in a statement. “Technology innovation continues to do amazing things, especially during challenging times.”
Nominations are open until Aug. 2.

- Emerging Company CIO/CTO (new)
- Fast Tech

- Technology Inventors Award
- Tech Titans of the Future—University
- Tech Titans of the Future—High School
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Oct. 21, in-person at the Eisemann Center for Performing Arts, with an optional virtual way to attend.

Last year, Ericsson’s Niklas Hueveldop took home the Corporate Company CEO award, and Trintech’s Teresa Mackintosh took home the award for Emerging Company CEO.
