10 North Texas Businesses Named Among Deloitte's Fastest-Growing Tech Companies

A new ranking of the fastest growing private tech companies has put a spotlight on a number of businesses in Dallas and other North Texas communities.

Deloitte's recent Fast 500 list breaks down technology companies based on revenue growth over the past three years. Companies must have been headquartered in North America for at least four years, in addition to having a minimum of $50,000 in base-year operating revenue and a minimum of $5 million in current-year operating revenue.

The fastest growing tech company on the Fast 500 list in North Texas was Asset Panda, which came in at No. 33, posting 3,779% revenue growth. Asset Panda is a Frisco-based maker of cloud-based asset tracking software and apps, launched in 2012.

Behind Asset Panda was Irving-based Solovis, which came in at No. 49, posting 2,582% revenue growth. Founded in 2013, the cloud-based institutional management platform most recently raised $8 million Series A in 2017, bringing its total funding to about $20 million.

  3. Fuse Medical – Richardson-based medical device company (1,471% growth)
  4. Neos Therapeutics – Grand Prairie-based biotech company (1,218% growth)
  5. Newline Interactive – Plano-based electronic device company (1,109% growth)
  6. Alkami – Plano-based software company (958% growth)
  7. Nuvectra Corp – Plano-based medical device company (832% growth)
  8. o9 Solutions – Dallas-based software company (669% growth)
  9. Blucora – Irving-based digital content company (376% growth)
  10. rewardStyle – Dallas-based digital content company (196% growth)
