Indu Jain, Head of Technology, Capital One Auto Refinance at Capital One, was honored at the Dallas Business Journal's 2023 Women in Technology Awards.

Jain is responsible for leading the technology organization for the Capital One Auto Refinance division.

In college, Jain studied software engineering and business. She pursued a career in technology and never looked back.

“I was in college when I saw a computer for the first time and immediately fell in love with what was possible,” Jain told the Dallas Business Journal. “I immediately decided to do software engineering and I have been doing that ever since.”

What do you consider your biggest accomplishment over the past year?

One of our products called “Plug N Play” enables us to build dynamic and personalized customer experiences for our customers in real-time. The product truly leverages the value of tech, data and machine learning to render amazing customer experiences. I am proud of our extremely talented engineering teams who work tirelessly to make things happen.

What opportunity for your company over the next year has you most excited?

We have migrated to the public cloud and are building amazing tech and data products with the power of the cloud. I am very excited about business possibilities that are getting unlocked with the power of cloud, data and machine learning.
