Ieshea Hollins, Founder/CEO of Direnzic Technology, was honored at the Dallas Business Journal's 2023 Women in Technology Awards.

Hollins operates as a fractional chief information security officer for company clients while being in charge of sales, growth, and project management for the overall organization.

Her interest in technology extends back to her childhood, eventually entering the workforce as a programmer. Hollins eventually found a void in the cybersecurity industry where no organizations focused on offensive digital forensics.

“I was meant to help others prepare to fight in the digital age,” Hollins told the Dallas Business Journal. “My goal was to not only help people defend against attacks after they had occurred but to create an offensive strategy before things got bad.”

What do you consider your biggest accomplishment over the past year?

I officially expanded Direnzic into the Dallas market during the pandemic where I navigated stability in our original market in Louisiana while growing in this new one.  In addition to sustaining and growing, I had the pleasure and honor of completing the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business Program. I also wrote and published the first book in my Technology Guide series.

What opportunity for your company over the next year has you most excited?

This year we are incredibly proud to celebrate 15 years of service as one of the first digital forensic/cybersecurity firms. One of the most exciting this year at Direnzic's 10th Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Conference, we will also host our inaugural Hackathon, an event that sheds light to the business community as to what cyber defense looks like behind the scenes.
