What do you consider your biggest accomplishment over the past year?

I completed an enterprise project in 2022, using a consultant to review all our functional areas and various processes throughout the organization to determine our effectiveness and level of performance compared with other similar credit unions and financial institutions.

Recommendations from this project included streamlining our contact center and improving efficiencies and processing capabilities through several new technology and program initiatives.

What opportunity for your company over the next year has you most excited?

The opportunity to use more artificial intelligence in our operational processes, such as lending, thrills me.
