Park Place Technologies has formalized the professional services it offers to server maintenance clients with assets it acquired almost a year ago when it bought its largest competitor.

The Mayfield Heights, Ohio-based company's November 2020 acquisition of Curvature Inc. expanded the depth and breadth of its professional services, Park Place said in a press release.

The IT infrastructure services and software company has formalized Park Place Professional Services to provide a one-stop shop for clients that operate data centers.

The professional services range from satisfying everyday needs such as onsite hardware installs, moves and adds to large projects such as data center relocation and data migration, the company said in a promotional video.

A week ago, Park Place Technologies launched its Uptime partner portal and program to streamline service delivery through its global network.

Combining professional services that have been acquired with those developed in-house positions Park Place to help clients extend IT asset lifecycles, maintain uptime and move to the cloud, said Hal Malstrom, general manager of Park Place's professional services, in a press release.

Within the last two weeks, Park Place Technologies has acquired the third-party maintenance, data migration services and new hardware sales assets of Congruity360 and NetSure+, an inventory and logistics management software system developed by SiteGrid.
