Park Place Technologies in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, has acquired an inventory and logistics management software system for undisclosed terms.

NetSure+, developed by Charlotte, North Carolina,-based SiteGrid, will help Park Place better manage and reorder inventory that is owned by and used to maintain computer servers for customers, the Mayfield Heights company said in a press release.

NetSure+ analytics and reporting give customers visibility of their inventory levels, sparing compliance, warranty processing and consumption information in one location, Park Place said.

"As Park Place expands its unique portfolio of services to incorporate nearly every element of managing IT infrastructure, we want to provide more customizable options for our clients," said Chris Adams, Park Place's president and CEO, in a press release.

"NetSure+ will help our customers optimize their maintenance spend and ensure the economic viability of support and sparing systems," Adams said.

Park Place has partnered with SiteGrid for the last year and already deployed NetSure+ to many of its customers.

SiteGrid's CEO, Brett Ganey, and his team of networking experts have agreed to join Park Place, the local company said.

NetSure+ is Park Place's 17th acquisition since 2016.

The Mayfield Heights company acquired its nearest competitor, Curvature Inc., also based in Charlotte, late last year, doubling Park Place's employment and revenue and making it one of the largest pure-play server maintenance organizations in a highly fragmented industry.
