Drips, the conversational texting company in Akron, Ohio, has hired Casey Sylvia to be become vice president of client operations.
She will be responsible for optimizing the client journey by driving improvements in client onboarding processes, procedures and tools, focusing on providing a positive client experience and an efficient onboarding experience, Drips said in a press release.
Most recently, Sylvia was director of operations at SmartAction, a conversational AI virtual agent platform serving more than 100 brands, Drips said.
Prior to that, she was a senior program manager at Eze Software, a financial technology company that provides a cloud platform for investment managers looking to streamline trading operations, Drips said.
Drips has developed an artificial intelligence-powered platform that enables brands to engage with their audiences through conversational texting and scheduled calling.
In July, Drips received a "significant" but undisclosed investment from Accel-KKR to enable "the next era of growth of its first-to-market conversational AI platform," the company said in a July press release.
