Real estate technology company MRI Software said it's acquired United Kingdom-based software company FSI for an undisclosed price.

The Solon, Ohio-based software company said FSI makes software that allows real estate owners, occupiers and contractors to manage and maintain their facilities. The 31-year-old FSI company, MRI said, has more than 300 clients around the world, including Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

"This latest acquisition significantly enhances our facilities management capabilities with a comprehensive, modern software solution that helps clients ensure their buildings and campuses are clean, properly equipped and well-maintained for their visitors and employees," said Dermot Briody, MRI's senior vice president and executive managing director of Europe, Middle East and Africa and occupier solutions, in a statement.

In March, MRI announced two acquisitions, including acquiring Palace, a provider of residential property management solutions in New Zealand, for undisclosed terms.

And in February, MRI said it acquired Trimble Inc.'s Manhattan real estate and workplace solutions business for an undisclosed sum. That deal followed MRI's January acquisition of AMTdirect (AMT), a North Carolina corporate lease accounting, lease administration and facilities management company, which also was purchased for an undisclosed price.
