Medical-device provider SPR Therapeutics Inc. will take on food manufacturer Cleveland Kitchen in the final of the inaugural Inno Madness competition brought to you by Cleveland Inno.

Throughout the month of March, readers have been asked to cast votes for companies in a bracket-style challenge based on one question: "Who would you invest in?"

Round 1 of voting saw the initial field of 16 cut to eight, and a subsequent round of voting led to our semifinalists.

In those semifinal matchups, No. 1 seed SPR Therapeutics knocked out No. 13 seed Thrivable, while No. 15 seed Cleveland Kitchen topped No. 14 seed AgileBlue.

Voting is now open for our final. You can cast your vote through Sunday, March 27. You can check out the contest rules here.

Here's a quick look at the two finalists:

  • SPR Therapeutics works to provide patients with pain relief without opioids or surgery, featuring its Sprint PNS System. The company in October closed a $37 million funding round.
  • Cleveland Kitchen is a manufacturer of fermented foods such a sauerkraut, pickles, kimchi and salad dressings. The company late last year won a contract to distribute two new products exclusively to Sprouts Farmers Markets in 23 states.

You can learn more about all 16 companies that have been part of this month's Inno Madness through our introductory story about the competition.

And with that, let the voting in this year's Inno Madness final begin.
