Describe your core products and services. Predictronics delivers AI-driven predictive analytics software solutions.

What new products or services have you introduced in the past two years? Predictronics has expanded our PDX platform to include solutions that monitor and improve product quality, enhance testing, optimize maintenance scheduling, and increase the availability of passenger and cargo vehicles. These solutions target major pain points in a wide range of industries by reducing costs related to scrap, warranty claims, lost production time and availability.

Predictronics also launched Factory Sentinel for industrial robots, its first stand-alone vertical solution, powered by the PDX platform. Factory Sentinel is a deployment-ready, off-the-shelf software application that can visualize, monitor, and predict the health of industrial robots of any make or model.

List two or three ways that your company is involved in the community. Predictronics team members have been given the opportunity on multiple occasions to give back to our alma mater, the University of Cincinnati, and its NSF-IMS Center by hosting guest lectures for students to discuss the field of data science and the application of analytics within industry. Our team has also donated to charities, raised money for STEM education for kids, and participated in recycling programs to lessen our collective carbon footprint.

How does your company attract and retain tech workers? Predictronics has been successful in recruiting tech workers through our connection with the University of Cincinnati. Predictronics was a spin-off from UC’s NSF I/UCRC for Intelligent Maintenance Systems in 2013 and has leveraged an enduring relationship with the collegiate institution that provides us with ideal candidates who possess the right combination of skills and experience to address the unique challenges presented by our industrial focus.

We have been able to retain that talent by ensuring our team’s talents are fully utilized, as well as properly rewarding employees through competitive salaries and benefits. We also consistently encourage our team members to have ownership over the solutions they develop and promote an open, collaborative atmosphere that has served us well.
