Describe your core products and services. LCS’ flagship product is Rent Manager — an advanced software designed to be completely autonomous with a powerful property management database, integrated accounting and more.

What new products have you introduced in the past two years? LCS rebuilt and relaunched rmAppSuite Pro for Android and iOS. This app delivers increased searchability, gives users access to their Rent Manager database in the field, delivers the ability to update tenant information, provides payment processing capabilities and so much more.

List two or three ways that your company is involved in the community. As a company built on a foundation of community—from helping property managers save time with cutting-edge technologies, to donating their time to their favorite causes—LCS employees continually strive to maximize the positive impact they have on the world around them. In the past year, LCS employees have participated in a number of community-based initiatives such as school supply drives, donating funds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, toy and coat drives around the holidays, and more.

How does your company attract and retain tech workers? LCS President and CEO Dave Hegemann has worked tirelessly to build a company culture and a workplace that continuously inspires his employees. LCS’ tech-centric headquarters is furnished with smart-TV-equipped conference rooms, design rooms, and huddle rooms for energized brainstorming; quiet and comfortable inspiration rooms, balconies, and a meeting perch for tranquil contemplation; and the campus boasts several unique outdoor spaces that offer a variety of inspirational vistas. Additionally, new hires take part in 12-week on-boarding program to prepare them for their new roles, while a variety of employee events, regular check-ins, and coaching from the professional development coaches ensure a smooth transition to the LCS team.
