The Forbes 30 Under 30 Cincinnati list includes sporting superstars, startup founders, local artists and more.

Forbes unveiled the list in partnership with JobsOhio during an event July 30 at the Banks’ Anderson Pavilion.

Jumping from the gridiron (pitch, field, etc.) to the Under 30 list are Cincinnati Reds shortstop Elly De La Cruz; Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase; and FC Cincinnati defenders Matt Miazga and Miles Robinson.

The four-day Forbes Under 30 event will kick off Sept. 22 with a concert headlined by Metro Boomin. Announcements about other performers are forthcoming.

The Under 30 Summit will take place at the Andrew J. Brady Music Center. 

Speakers for the Under 30 Summit will include Amber Venz Box, co-founder and president of LTK; Beatrice Dixon, co-founder and CEO of the Honey Pot Co.; Sophia Edelstein, co-founder and co-CEO of Pair Eyewear; Ankur Jain, founder and CEO of Bilt Rewards; Bill Shufelt, co-founder and CEO of Athletic Brewing Co.; and Justin Tidwell, co-founder and CEO of Nowadays.

More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Forbes will host its first-ever Women in Sports event at the Under 30 Summit in Cincinnati. That event will take place at FC Cincinnati's TQL Stadium.



Serial startup founder Anu Vora made the Cincinnati 30 Under 30 list after founding three companies in her fledgling career: AdmitAlly, a video chat platform that matched students with mentors to navigate the college application process; PayTile, a peer-to-peer payments app; and Mindfully Behavioral Health, a startup that connects patients to therapists. She is also the founder and managing partner of Candid Ventures, a health care and education-focused venture studio.

Vora's PayTile was nominated for a CincyInno Fire Award in 2023.

Isaac Hamlin, co-founder and CEO of Better Blend, a health-focused smoothie chain, made the list after winning the 2024 KY Innovation Madness competition from our Louisville sister outlet, Louisville Business First.

Emil Barr, founder of StepUp Social, a social marketing firm specializing in TikTok campaigns, is another listee. Barr is a 2023 graduate of Miami University’s Redhawk Launch Accelerator.

Kayla Braden and Caden Adams, co-founders of Peachy and Vintage, a sustainable market and clothing store, made the list after being named to the Courier’s Inno Under 25 list.

The co-founders of Vixiv, formerly Voxel Technologies, Zachary Beller and Aaron Chow, made the list as well. Vixiv is an additive manufacturing company that landed $1.7 million in seed funding from CincyTech in 2023 and was an entrant into the Courier’s 2024 Inno Madness bracket.
