A Cincinnati Startup to Watch founded in 2021 by two Fortune 100 veterans has rebranded as the company's AI-led scheduling platform continues to gain traction.

Get Together AI is now Scheduler AI. The name change, which rolled out earlier this year, comes as the startup continues to expand and advance beyond its initial “social roots,” co-founder Maddie Bell said.

She and her husband, Mike Bell, former Procter & Gamble and Nielsen executives, launched Get Together AI in March 2021 to better help working parents like themselves schedule social gatherings, work meetings and appointments in seconds: a "better Calendly,” Maddie Bell said.

The application is now proving a “true game-changer” in the enterprise space, she said. Users can schedule meetings over text, chat platforms like Slack and email.

“When we started our company, we were two dual-career parents trying to find ways to better manage our most precious commodity – time,” Maddie Bell told me. “While that mission remains at the heart of what we do, our AI advanced … it is now able to drive revenue growth, enhance team collaboration and streamline meeting management for businesses of all sizes.”

Scheduler AI’s first party model currently beats OpenAI's ChatGPT-3.5 in speed and accuracy for scheduling commands (there’s currently a waitlist for developers to trial GPT-4).

In terms of its newest features, Scheduler AI’s scheduling assistant allows organizations to automate demo bookings with prospective clients the moment they express interest. The Bells said that significantly enhances meeting close rates.

The solution also streamlines the process of coordinating complex client handoffs, accelerating deal flow and ensuring smooth transitions between team members at various stages of the sales process. In terms of flexibility, Scheduler AI simplifies the task of finding meeting times for teams working in different locations and time zones. And Scheduler AI handles the "mundane details" of meeting management, such as sending calendar invites, adding video conferencing links and rescheduling when plans change, Maddie Bell said.

“This allows teams to focus on more important tasks, maximizing productivity,” she said.

Customers include Ernst & Young as well as Cintrifuse, a local startup catalyst group, among others.

Scheduler AI is an Ocean Accelerator alum and Main Street Ventures “Launch” grant recipient. Last year, the company took first place in respective Slack and Square “hackatons,” which Maddie Bell said started the company’s transformation.

“(We’ve) continued to evolve as we improved our AI model based on the needs of our early customers,” she said.

Both Bells are now working on Scheduler AI full time. Mike Bell is a former vice president at NielsenIQ, while Maddie Bell logged more than 10 years at Cincinnati-based P&G, lastly as a brand director.

The company has raised $1 million in capital to date from investors including Columbus-based Drive Capital, 11Tribes, a Chicago-based early-stage venture fund; and 333 Ventures, a micro venture capital firm in Cincinnati.

Cincy Inno named Scheduler AI one of its top 23 Startups to Watch in 2023, while Cincy Inno parent American Inno earlier this month ranked it among the top 35 AI Startups to Watch in the U.S.
