The 2019 OCEAN Conference has revealed its speaker lineup after the eponymous faith-based accelerator announced the program was returning to the Queen City for its fifth year.
The two-day national conference will run from Thursday, Oct. 10 to Friday, Oct. 11, with a goal of inspiring entrepreneurs who “want to explore how to be a leader of purpose and passion, rooted in the Christian faith,” a press release on the move states.
The conference draws attendees from across the United States to participate in workshops, hear speakers and engage in one on one mentorship sessions. There’s also the PNC Bank Pitch Contest, which boasts $5,000 in prizes.
2019's theme is "threshold." The conference website adds that "threshold moments are full of tension and possibility. God designed thresholds to transform and prepare you for the next leg of the journey. Let's step through together."
This year’s lineup of presenters include Liz Bohannon, (Forbes’ Top 20 keynote speaker, founder of Sseko Designs), Scott Beck (CEO of Gloo, founding investor of Ancestry.com and more), Francis Tao(senior product manager at Mailchimp) and more.
