Platform 53 Acquired by The Living Room

The Living Room Inc., a Cincinnati-based coworking entity, has acquired Platform 53, the company announced in a statement. Covington-based Platform 53 is the area's oldest coworking space.

“I’ve known The Living Room since before they began and I am absolutely confident they will keep the spirit of Platform 53 living, and with their expanded resources, be able to do more and offer more than I ever was able to," said Stacy Kessler, former owner of the Platform 53, in the release.

The move was  "a result of Kessler's desire to focus on her consulting business which helps entrepreneurs develop and manage their business strategy," the release adds.

Jerry and Joey Haselmayer, owners of The Living Room, "are excited about the merging of services."
