Cincinnati-based Northlich, an independent marketing and advertising agency that's nearly 70 years old, has moved from the Sawyer Point Building to the Cincinnati Club Building, the company announced in a statement.

“Our former space served us well, but it was time for a big change,” said Northlich President and CEO Kathy Selker. “We are going from cubicles and being on the outskirts of downtown to every staffer having their own office in a vibrant area of the city. Being able to sit in Piatt Park or walk to nearby restaurants is important for our people and our culture.”

The move brings a new office space of more than 13,000 square feet on the building's eighth floor. But transitioning to a new location wasn't just about spreading out. Northlich will also launch "Stratos," a health care marketing division that will use deep behavioral data "to drive insights that guide strategic focus and results."

The company called the creation of Stratos "very much in line with Northlich's history of building brands." With an "enhanced focus on data," the move will help the company "reinvent" brands with more sophisticated insights leading the way, especially those in the health care and marketing spaces that are notorious for being "complicated" industries.

“This is why we’ve crystallized our healthcare offering under the Stratos brand, which uses health and behavioral data to drive strategy for health care clients,” Selker said.

In addition to the debut of Stratos and the transition to the new location, Northlich has promoted former vice president and managing director Liz Phillips to chief client and strategy officer.
