Cincinnati-based hiring startup Tilr has announced that it has brought its service to 12 new cities, Venture Beat reports.

Tilr has made its way to Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Louisville, Madison, Nashville, New Orleans, Orlando, Seattle and Tucson.

Before the expansion, Tilr serviced Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky and three additional Ohio cities.

Tilr boasts a platform that looks to replace typical staffing agencies, making it easier for receptionists, warehouse workers and other professionals find gigs.

"The company believes that they’ve developed a platform that can help match companies more effectively, and eliminate unconscious bias in the hiring process, by continuously evaluating workers on their skills," the report states.

Company leadership said the move would benefit the cities it joined.

“Other than our work with a few clients, we haven’t really been in areas where there’s been a strong hospitality or event market," said tilr CEO and cofounder Carisa Miklusak. "But now in Orlando, New Orleans, and Nashville — those categories are really rising to dominate."
