No matter your work style, one thing remains true: location, location, location. Alternately: Where you plug in every day matters.

In Cincinnati, companies and coworking spots across the state have recognized this, developing offices with cool amenities, beautiful spaces and quiet corners for entrepreneurs and workers of all stripes. At Cincy Inno, we’ve covered some of these spots — from Fueled Collective to The Space. You can read some of those profiles here and here.

And today, we’re taking a look at some more reader-sourced entities that we’ve never covered before. Try to temper your — well, envy — as we take a digital tour of each.

When asked to describe its space, which hosts this 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on female entrepreneurs, the Aviatra Accelerators team said it was "funky, fun and feminine." Located in Covington, the 1,500-sq.-ft. space boasts coworking offices, a drop-in area and conference room.

"Our office was an old restaurant but first a family owned small business, [which is] perfect for who we are!" The team added. "We salvaged the exposed brick and decorative tin ceiling."

Ultimately, the space helps the accelerator with its mission.

“We learn and we help other women,” Aviatra President and CEO Nancy Aichholz said in previous interview with Cincy Inno. “This is where we differ from a typical accelerator. Through a cohort or through a workshop, any way that you become a part of us, you’re part of the family. We never leave you, you never leave us. No matter where in the business cycle a woman finds herself.”

iReportSource, an organization that is "reimagining safety and health for modern companies," is going so in a new location in downtown Cincy, across from Jack Casino. The 4,400-sq.ft. space is home to 14 employees (pacing to 25 by Q4, representatives told us), boasts open floor plans, exposed brick and beams, a sales lounge, full kitchen and both a main conference room and two huddle rooms for employees to pitch and brainstorm. And of course, this "work hard, play hard" company boasts a ping pong table setup, too.

CincyTech

The University of Cincinnati's 1819 Innovation Hub is the host of CincyTech's new home, which was formerly of Union Hall.

CincyTech CEO Mike Venerable described the 3,500-sq.-ft. spot on the fourth floor as having a “quasi-industrial” look, with both offices and open space. He also cited its proximity to the university's accelerator and innovation office, as well as other 1819 tenant's work, as another boon.

“Bringing CincyTech to our 1819 hub is such an exciting step in creating a place where innovative and creative ideas will thrive," said University of Cincinnati President Neville Pinto in a release on the move. "Our longtime partnership is destined to take on new dimensions as we collaborate around our shared goal of fostering and amplifying growth in the region. CincyTech is great fit with the all-star list of partners who have already committed to 1819."
