Hireology Moves Into New Loop Headquarters to Keep Pace with its Rapid Growth

When a startup makes several successful hires in a row, it can typically lead to expansion; good hires result in growth. But when you're a startup that develops innovative software to help companies hire well AND you've hired well yourself, expansion is inevitable.

Today, Hireology - a leading provider of hiring technology for multi-location organizations - has officially opened up its new 15,000 square foot office in the Loop at the corner of Columbus and Wacker.

Founded in 2010, Hireology's cloud-based platform uses predictive analytics to take the guesswork out of hiring. The company works with over 1,500 customers across five continents (over 1,000 new clients came on board last year), enabling businesses to easily and efficiently target the skills and traits that they're looking for in an employee.

Explained CEO and Co-Founder Adam Robinson, "Hireology has undergone significant transformation in our relatively short history, and the opening of our new headquarters is an important milestone for us as we scale the company. This new location gives us the perfect work environment from which we will continue to develop cutting-edge hiring solutions."

The new state-of-the-art space supports the startup's rapid growth trajectory, while also offering a highly collaborative environment. In August, Hireology raised a $10M Series B from Boston-based Bain Capital Ventures, allowing the company to grow its team, particularly in the Sales and Product Development departments. Following the round, Robinson told the Chicago Tribune that his "staff has nearly tripled since the start of the year to 45 employees." Total, Hireology added 75 new employees throughout 2014.

And though the startup went through a hiring binge last year, they're not done yet.

Added Robinson, "Our prime location in the heart of Chicago’s Loop will help us to attract the most talented professionals in our industry."
