Well S#&t: This Kickstarter Wants to Create an Online Platform to Send Fake Poop to Your Enemies

Some Kickstarters are shittier than others.

Over the weekend a Chicago Kickstarter campaign was launched to create an easy way to send someone a jar of poop. It's not real poop, mind you. It's actually made with peanut butter, chocolate syrup and other ingredients to create a smell with "with hints of dead animal and fresh poo," according to the crowdfunding page.

Gift a Shit, as it's called, will allow users to anonymously send fake poop--in a small, medium or large jar--from the company's website and mobile app. The Kickstarter is looking to raise $20,000 to develop the platform and delivery system, hire manufacturing partners, and to hire a lawyer to defend the company "against people that are not exactly on the mood to receive shit."

The idea here is that someone has wronged you--be it an ex-girlfriend, boyfriend, algebra teacher, mother-in-law, DMV employee--and rather than confront this person verbally, you can send them an anonymous message of your disdain in the form of fake feces. Kickstarter creator Bruno Guimaraes has developed four different batches of shit jars, which could ship to Kickstarter backers as early as November.

I seriously doubt this will make it to $20,000, but if potato salad can raise $55K, I'm not sure what I believe anymore.
