Since raising $10 million in June, ReviewTrackers has been laser-focused on growth.

The startup’s staff has grown from 50 employees to more than 90, and by next summer, the team is expected to increase to 140 people. ReviewTrackers is hiring across all its departments, with its sales and customer service teams growing the quickest, said founder and CEO Chris Campbell.

“It’s been quite amazing,” Campbell said. “We’ve been growing very quickly, hiring eight to 12 people a month since the fundraise.”

To accommodate the expanding staff, ReviewTrackers moved into a new office at 1 N. State St. in the Loop this week.

Founded in 2012, ReviewTrackers operates a software platform that helps companies, like restaurants and hospitals, track and manage customer feedback online across all of their locations.

The software aggregates reviews from sites like Google, Facebook and TripAdvisor, and organizes it all into one dashboard for companies to analyze. ReviewTrackers' clients include American Family Insurance and Giordano’s.

In June, the startup raised a $10 million Series B round of funding from PeakSpan Capital, a growth equity firm based in New York and Silicon Valley. To date, ReviewTrackers has raised nearly $18 million.

The startup’s new office is its sixth home. Its first office was in a co-working space in Wicker Park, and ReviewTrackers just left its previous home in River North to move into the new Loop space.

“To go from one desk in a co-working space to where we are now—it’s incredible,” Campbell said. “[The office] represents the growth of our business.”

The 25,000-square-foot office features an open floor plan, and pops of color on walls and furniture. The office walls are adorned with murals from local artists Nick Butcher and Nadine Nakanishi, and Edison-style lighting is scattered around the space. Additionally, the office has 30 private offices and meeting rooms, and all employees have sit-standing desks.

“Hopefully we’re building the greatest workplace they’ve ever had,” Campbell said. “I’m excited to see us continue to grow.”
