Chicago marketing tech firm ActiveCampaign is opening three offices as the company moves forward with its new hybrid work model.
ActiveCampaign said Wednesday that it's opening offices in Indianapolis; Dublin, Ireland; and Florianopolis, Brazil. The office investments come as ActiveCampaign now lets employees work both remotely or in an office, or a combination of the two, the company said.
The Indianapolis office is the company's second in the Indiana capitol, and will be located at 342 Massachusetts Ave. in downtown Indy. The new space is expected to be ready in the first quarter of 2022.
In Dublin, it's also the second space ActiveCampaign has occupied in Ireland. Its Dublin team has grown to 100 employees and is expected to grow to 300 by 2023. The new office will be ready for employees in Q1.
The Florianopolis office marks the company's first in Latin America. The office will hold 30 workers starting early next year.
The three new spaces join ActiveCampaign's existing offices in Chicago and Sydney, Australia. ActiveCampaign has more than 1,000 total employees.
This month the company hired Michael Rico as its first chief people officer. Rico spent 10 years leading HR at Salesforce.
In April, ActiveCampaign raised $240 million in funding at a valuation north of $3 billion. It has over 150,000 customers, who use the company's email marketing and other marketing automation tools to reach their customers.
