The venture arm of the National Association of Realtors has announced the next group of startups that are set to participate in its residential real estate accelerator program.

Second Century Ventures, the Chicago-based investment arm of the NAR, unveiled its latest REACH residential real estate accelerator class Monday. It features several mature tech startups that have raised millions in venture funding, including New York-based Knock, which has more than $400 million in VC funding, and Feather, another New York startup that's raised more than $70 million. In total, the startups in this class have raised more than $700 million in capital and employ more than 125 people.

Second Century Ventures also operates a commercial real estate accelerator program, which announced its latest cohort earlier this month.

Second Century Ventures says it is the most active venture fund in real estate technology in the world. Startups selected to both of its programs receive education, mentorship and greater exposure to the real estate market, Second Century Ventures said. The first REACH class began in 2013.

Based in Chicago and founded in 1908, the NAR is a trade association for realtors that has 1.4 million members. It's the largest trade association in the U.S.

Here are the latest startups in Second Century Ventures' REACH residential real estate cohort.

Aryeo (Boston): A content management platform for the real estate industry.

Feather (New York): An online furniture rental startup.

K4Connect (Raleigh, NC): Tech solutions for senior living communities.
