The Chicago Cubs are holding a Stranger Things promotion for Monday night's game against the Atlanta Braves. And with a little augmented reality from Snapchat, you can see Wrigley Field like never before.

Using the Snapchat app, fans attending Monday's game can turn the iconic Wrigley Field marquee into a Demogorgon, as the social media company's AR tech transforms the outside of the stadium into the Upside Down.

— Chicago Cubs (@Cubs) June 24, 2019Fans can access the AR experience by opening their Snapchat app, pressing the center of the screen, selecting the Stranger Things logo and pointing their camera at the marquee.

Along with watching a Demogorgon emerge from the marquee, fans can see their name featured on the sign within the app.

The AR feature is part of Snapchat's Lens creation tools that allow designers to turn 2D images into augmented reality animations. Companies have increasingly used Snapchat's AR functionality to engage with fans. Fox Sports created a Snapchat AR lens for the U.S. Women's World Cup, as did Gatorade. Snapchat has also rolled out different AR Lens experiences during Pride Month.
