Groupon

Groupon announced it has added Joey Levin, the CEO of IAC, to its Board of Directors. Levin has spent 14 years at IAC, the publicly traded parent company to HomeAdvisor, Vimeo, About.com, Dictionary.com, The Daily Beast and the Match Group.

Motorola Solutions 

Motorola Solutions announced it has hired Andrew Sinclair as the company's first head of software. Sinclair comes to Motorola from the Skype division of Microsoft, and he'll be in charge of leading the company’s software organization.

SpringCM 

SpringCM, a Chicago-based document and contract management solution provider for Salesforce customers, announced it has hired Will Wiegler as its senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Wiegler was previously at Salesforce, where he led marketing strategies and programs for quote-to-cash products.

Zest Health 

Chicago healthcare startup Zest Health announced that it has hired Jeff Semenchuk as its new CEO. Semenchuk was previously the chief innovation officer for Hyatt Hotels, and prior to that led Citigroup's growth ventures and innovation unit. He was also previously head of global innovation at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Zest Health’s mobile app helps patients choose the right in-network providers and better understand the costs of services.

Reverb

Reverb, the Chicago-based online marketplace for buying and selling music gear, has appointed Collin Williams as its general counsel. Williams will be responsible for leading all legal functions for Reverb, including fundraising initiatives and reviewing and negotiating contracts. He previously worked as corporate counsel for Outcome Health, and before that was corporate counsel for Oracle’s cloud computing legal department.

Tiz

Tiz, a Chicago alcohol distribution startup, announced it has hired Lindsay Saewitz as its director of operations. Saewitz was previously the general manager at Origin Ventures, an early-stage VC firm in Chicago.

Label Insight 

Chicago-based Label Insight, a technology company bringing product transparency to CPG brands, announced it has hired Irina Mazur as its chief product officer. Mazur previously worked in management roles at ShopperTrak and Apartments.com.

Uplift Data Partners

Uplift Data Partners, a Chicago drone operation management and data analysis startup, announced it has made two new executive hires. Kinan Sweidan was named vice president of engineering after previously serving as the chief technology officer and co-founder of electronic integrator 911 Systems. Jamail Carter was named vice president of business development and sales after previously working as the chief operating officer for medical technology startup ONVI.

Devbridge Group 

Devbridge, a Chicago digital product design and development company, announced it has hired Ed Price as its senior solutions architect. Price previously worked at BMO Harris Bank, where he was the senior solutions architect. At Devbridge, he'll help define and implement technology strategies and identify appropriate technology stacks and platforms, the company said.
