In November, General Assembly, an education company that hosts immersive classes in design, marketing, technology, and data in a number of cities throughout the U.S., is holding Made in Chicago Week, an event series highlighting local entrepreneurs, executives, experts, and educators that are impacting a handful of industries, from media to manufacturing.

Grand Ave. Featuring Alex Niemczewski, CEO with BallotReady, Ellen Mayer, Community Manager at Hearken, and our own Karis Hustad, this panel will will explore the future of journalism and content creation, as well as how technology has opened the door to a world of new voices in media. Chicago Eats: A Conversation with Local Legends + Food Entrepreneurs Wednesday, November 9th, 6-8pm @ The Hatchery, 320 N.
